Failure isn’t an outcome, it’s a mindset.

In business, it’s not a matter of IF we fail, it’s how we manage that feeling when we do.

While we intellectually know we’ll be stronger on the other side, it doesn’t discount the feelings of pain, frustration or sadness that we feel in our bodies.

Failure isn’t always fun to talk about, much less to share about in public, but it’s important that I discuss it to release the judgment associated with it because if you’re not failing, you’re not playing big enough.

In this episode, I share the 5 steps that I use to move through these feelings of failure into gratitude, acceptance and forward momentum.

Failure can feel hard, messy and painful but it’s a great starting point for your own personal and professional journey.
